RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY

We understand you may wish to return or exchange a DESTROY frame/frameset.  It happens. In order for us to consider and process your request for a return or exchange here are important points you need to bear in mind.

  1. We must receive for return or exchange the DESTROY frame/frameset within ten (10) days of the purchase date.

  2. We will inspect the DESTROY frame/frameset upon receipt of delivery and may contact you regarding its condition and/or your return or exchange request, as necessary.

  3. We will not agree to accept for return or exchange a DESTROY fame/frameset, if the frame/frameset has been used or misused, is damaged, or shows any wear and tear.

  4. Retain the original wrapping and shipping box/carton in case you wish to re-deliver the DESTROY frame/frameset to us.

  5. Ship at your own cost to us the DESTROY frame/frameset, including all original small parts, in the original wrapping and shipping box/carton. Ensure the frame/frameset is properly wrapped.

  6. The cost of any missing original small parts may be deducted from any credit that we may apply to a return or an exchange to which we agree.

  7. If you wish to exchange the DESTROY frame/frameset for any reason (say, you need a different size), let us know of your specifications. We will search our current inventory for availability and then inform you of any lead time on product.

Apparel / Outside Vendor Returns

  1. We do NOT accept any returns on apparel / outside vendor products that have been used or misused, is damaged, or shows any wear and tear.

  2. We do NOT accept returns or will we process any type of refund for any products sent to us without our approval.

  3. We do not cover the cost of shipping on returns of apparel / outside vendor products
